It gives me great pleasure to address you on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Our Journey So Far
Aadar Multi-Investment Company Limited was officially registered with the Office of the Company Registrar on Falgun 19, 2073 BS. Following the acquisition of necessary building construction approvals from the concerned regulatory bodies, our ambitious project commenced. Today, we are proud to have a collective investment strength of more than 500 shareholders.
The company’s flagship project, Aadar Trade Mall, is currently under construction in Balkhu. Our vision for this project is to establish a premier, well-organized wholesale market catering to both domestic and imported goods.
Overcoming Challenges & Current Progress
Like any business journey, our company has experienced its share of market cycles. Due to unprecedented global disruptions, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent economic recession, the construction timeline for Aadar Trade Mall has been extended.
Despite these setbacks, we have made significant strides. We are pleased to report that:
Civil construction is 94% complete.
Overall physical and financial construction is 70% complete.
With the active participation, cooperation, and goodwill of all founding shareholders and property buyers, we are confident that the remaining construction can be finalized, allowing the mall to become commercially operational within the next one to two years.
A New Chapter in Leadership
A change in leadership is a natural progression for any evolving organization. On Falgun 17, 2081 BS, a new Board of Directors was elected to lead Adar Multi Investment Company Limited.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the former chairmen, directors, and all shareholders who have directly and indirectly contributed to guiding this institution to its current position.
